Include whatever you have: the tools you are paying for, the workflow that is eating your week, the number you cannot currently produce. The more specific the first message, the more useful the first call.
We are based in Richmond, Virginia, and we work with businesses across the Mid-Atlantic and remotely.
What happens on the call
Sixty minutes, no deck. We ask about your current operations, your AI spend, your top three frustrations, and the outcome you would want from an engagement.
You leave with something either way. If there is a fit we will tell you what we would audit first and what the engagement would look like. If there is not, we will tell you that too, and point you at whatever we think would actually help.
No contracts and no pressure. Engagements are month to month. Nothing about the first conversation commits you to a second one.
What we will not do on the call
