SEO Operations Hub: the working surface for search operations
SEO Operations Hub is what Backlink Champion grew into. Link building turned out to be one module of a larger job: knowing what to work on, in which market, against which page, with data you can trust.
Backlink Champion did one thing. It mapped the sites already linking to your competitors, checked which links were realistically attainable, and returned a ranked campaign with the proof behind each pick.
That product still exists. It is now the backlinks module inside a larger one, because the job it was solving turned out to be a piece of a bigger job. A verified link campaign is not much use if nobody can say which page it should point at, which market it should lift, or whether the ranking data underneath it is sound.
What is in it
Overview and priorities. The two views that answer the only question that matters on a Monday morning: what should someone work on today, and why that rather than something else.
Rankings and markets. Position tracking read by market rather than by a single national average, because a business that trades in five places does not have one ranking.
Landing pages. Which page is meant to win which query, and where that intention and reality have come apart.
Backlinks. The original product, intact: opportunities, campaigns, acquired links, and an approvals queue.
Data health and data operations. The part nobody puts in a screenshot. What is stale, what failed to refresh, what is missing, and what a number should not be trusted for. A measurement product that hides its own data problems is selling a feeling.
Client setup and access. Multi-client from the start, with per-client separation, because it was built for the way an agency actually works.
Nothing acts without a person
Every change the system proposes lands in an approvals queue and stays there until a human releases it. That is a deliberate design constraint rather than a missing feature, and it is the same rule we apply to agent work for clients: what it may read, what it may write, and which actions require a person are written down before the build. Outreach and anything that touches a live site sit on the person’s side of that line.
Where it is
In development, and in use on our own work before it goes to anyone else. That sequencing is the point. We are not going to describe how a tool performs before we have run our own accounts on it, and we will publish what we find, including the parts that do not flatter it.
If you were in the Backlink Champion founding beta, this is where that went.
Who it is for
SEO agencies and consultants. Multi-client by default, with the triage work already done rather than exported for someone to sort by hand.
Operators running their own search. One surface that says what to do next and shows the working, rather than five dashboards that each report a fragment.
