Terms of use
These terms cover this website and the materials published on it. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreement, not by this page.
Using this site
You may read, quote and link to anything published here. If you quote a figure we published, please carry its source line with it. That attribution is the point of publishing it.
You may not scrape this site to republish it as your own, and you may not use it in a way that misrepresents what we said or who said it.
What the published material is
Everything on this site, including the research, the frameworks, the calculators and the field notes, is general information. It is not consulting advice for your specific business, and it is not a guarantee of a result.
The AI ROI Scorecard is a self-assessment. It estimates the value of reclaimed capacity from the numbers you type in. It does not audit your systems, it cannot see your actual spend, and its output is an estimate rather than a projection we stand behind.
Third-party statistics on this site are attributed to their publisher with the sample and date shown. We verify them at the publisher’s own source before printing them, and we withdraw them if that source goes away. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the underlying research.
Client engagements
Nothing on this site creates a client relationship or a binding offer. Engagements are scoped in writing and governed by a separate agreement between us and the client. Where this page and that agreement disagree, the agreement governs.
Third-party links
We link to outside sources so you can check our work. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date on this page changes when we do.
